In the framework of the CAP Law Summer Internship, the Legal Department of the European Parliament offers an internship for 1 or 2 weeks to young law students of both EU and national background. The objective of the internship is to get acquainted with the job of a lawyer in a decision-making body and with the legal dimension of the work of the European Parliament. It will provide you with a unique opportunity to develop your professional expertise by working for a well-known institution. In addition to the opportunity to develop your legal skills, you will also be given the chance to deepen your knowledge of EU politics and policy, which is what most young students are after. You will also have the opportunity to become an active member of the European Parliament and gain valuable experience of working within one of the three official languages of the European Parliament (French, English and German).
